The RECARO EURO offers an intelligent design that protects a child during a side-impact incident. RECARO's Side Impact Protection is designed to to distinctly protect five vulnerable areas of a child in the event of a side impact collision-their head, neck, face, torso, and pelvis.
Five-Point Harness and Belt Lock-Off
A TrueLock belt lock-off prevents any slippage from your vehicle's seat belt. The adjustable five-point harness can be customized to properly accommodate your growing child.
With an upper weight limit in the forward-facing position of up to 70 pounds, this car seat has one of the highest weight capacities for any convertible car seat with a five-point harness system.

Safety Stripes Ensure Proper Harness Alignment
To make sure your child is properly secured, the EURO features two white stripes on the outside edges of the harness. The stripes stand out against the harness fabric, alerting you if the harness becomes twisted during installation or use.
Built-in LATCH System for Added Stability
Designed with a push-button LATCH system, the car seat is easy to secure to your vehicle. The car seat offers a universal top tether system as an added anchor. The rear-facing recline lever allows you to adjust the seat to best fit your vehicle's backseat.
This car seat meets all Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards for Child Restraint Systems (FMVSS 213) and Flammability of Interior Materials (FMVSS 302). It is also certified for air travel when used with the plane's seat belt.
